Buying gold remotely requires trust. That's why we offer two ways to receive your jewelry in the Montreal area — and in both cases, the item never changes hands without a signature.

Two delivery options

1. Hand-delivered by us

This isn't a courier service: we deliver it to you ourselves. You examine the item in front of us, check the 750 hallmark, receive your warranty invoice — and you can ask your questions to a jeweler instead of a delivery person.

How it works:

1. The day before, we will provide you with our delivery window for the next day.
2. 30 minutes before arriving, we will send you a text message.
3. You receive us, examine the item, and sign.

No eight-hour waiting window at home, no missed delivery notice on the door. To arrange a delivery: 514 679-6009.

This is the option we recommend for important pieces, sets, and wedding orders.

2. Secure parcel with signature

Your order is shipped in discreet, insured packaging, with a tracking number. A signature is required upon delivery: no one can receive your jewelry for you, and nothing is left at your door.

You will receive the tracking number upon shipment and can track the package to your door.

Delivery times

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. Then there's the carrier's transit time, which is usually short between Quebec City and Montreal.

If your order is tied to a specific date — a wedding, an anniversary — please call us. We will confirm what is realistic before you order.

Fees

Delivery is free and insured for orders of $1,500 and more, anywhere in Canada. Below this amount, express shipping is $25.

Service areas

Montreal, Laval, the South Shore (Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Lambert), the North Shore, Montérégie, and the West Island. If you are slightly outside these areas, call us: we'll see what's possible.

Our store is in Quebec City, at 787 av. Marguerite-Bourgeoys. But a good portion of our clientele is in the greater Montreal area, and we felt it was only right for a local call to cost you a local call.
