2. Products

We sell genuine 18-carat (750) gold jewelry. Each piece of jewelry is accompanied by an invoice that serves as a certificate of authenticity.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Order and Payment

The order is validated upon receipt of payment. Accepted payment methods are those offered on the site (credit cards, Shop Pay, etc.).

5. Delivery

We only deliver within Canada.

Delivery fees: $25.

Delivery time: 2 to 15 business days after receipt of order, depending on your location.

Delivery by secured package with mandatory signature.

6. Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all our jewelry is sold new and in perfect condition.

No exchanges or refunds are accepted after purchase.

In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

7. Responsibility

Bijoux Radiant cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (photos, texts, logos) are the property of Bijoux Radiant and may not be reproduced without authorization.

9. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
