Gold and Authenticity
Is your jewelry made of real gold?
Yes. All of our pieces are made of real 18-karat gold, which means 750 parts of pure gold out of 1000. Each piece of jewelry bears the 750 hallmark and comes with a guarantee invoice.
Where is the hallmark located on a piece of jewelry?
It is engraved in a discreet spot: inside the band for a ring, near the clasp for a chain or bracelet, on the back for a pendant. It is small — a magnifying glass or your phone's camera can help you read it.
Why 18-karat instead of 10 or 14?
18-karat gold contains 75% pure gold, compared to 41.7% for 10-karat. It has a richer, warmer color, contains fewer alloy metals — an advantage for sensitive skin — and has a higher resale value. It is the traditional standard in North Africa, the Middle East, and Italy. We discuss this in more detail in this article.

How do I know my ring size?
Consult our size guide, which explains two simple methods to do at home. You can also visit our store: we measure for free.
Can I have a ring adjusted?
It depends on the model. Some rings are easily resized, others are not — especially rings with continuous patterns, settings, or engravings around their entire circumference. Call us with the item's reference and we will tell you what is possible.
What does the size indicated on your bracelets mean?
It is the circumference in centimeters. A size 18 bracelet measures 18 cm around. For curb chains, we indicate the total length instead.
Order and Delivery
How quickly does my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. Carrier transit time is then added. For an order linked to a specific date, please call us before ordering.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery is free and insured across Canada for orders of $1,500 and over. Below this amount, express shipping is $25. All our packages require a signature upon delivery.
Do you deliver in the Montreal area?

Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Klarna and Shop Pay are offered at checkout and allow you to spread out payments. The terms, including interest if applicable, are displayed by the provider when you choose your plan — please read them before confirming.
Can I pick up my order in-store?

Why are some pieces shown as out of stock?
Many of our jewels are unique pieces. When a piece is sold, we leave its page online: it is often possible to order a similar model. Write to us with the reference.
